The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused. TransfersTransfers and background checks are to be paid in Cash before filling out the Form 4473. Credit/Debit Card purchases for Transfers and background checks will incur additional fees.Transfer fee is $35 for 1 item and background check fee is $10. Each additional item is $10 extra. If you need to use a credit/Debit card, there is a $10 fee to do so. Items that have been transferred are to be picked up by appointment only.
